Ingredients

• 1 cup unsalted butter, melted

• 1 cup light brown sugar, packed

• 1/2 cup granulated sugar

• 2 large eggs

• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

• 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

• 1 teaspoon baking soda

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.

2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until combined.

3. Add eggs and vanilla extract; whisk until smooth.

4. Stir in flour, oats, baking soda, and salt until just combined.

5. Fold in chocolate chips.

6. Spread the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.

7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until edges are golden and center is set.

8. Allow to cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
